Alana Thompson. . . a.k.a. Honey Boo Boo. . . is reportedly getting weight loss surgery.
TMZ says she’s going to New York after her 17th birthday next month to get an endoscopic sleeve . . . a procedure that costs around $13,000.
Alana has reportedly been trying to lose weight through diet and exercise, but she’s worried her condition may be genetic, and this is her only hope. She currently weighs 275 pounds, and wants to drop 150, and get down to 125.
Her boyfriend is going with her, and getting the same procedure done.
