When creating your emergency preparedness list check to make sure that these few things are included:
!. Place items in an easy to find location. Medicine, Diaper, and Document bags should be readily recognizable.
2. Have cell phone and tablets full charged as well as fully charged back up battery banks.
3. Text your “Find Each Other” plan with your family and/or friends in the case of separation in extreme situations.
4. Have a special EASY to remember email address created for notification if contact lists are lost.
5 Femine Hygiene, Baby Items, Pet Necessities, at least 2 weeks MEDICATION
6. 5 days of Non-perishable food & WATER per person.
7. Batteries, flashlight and radio. Wind up manual flashlights and radios are good options.
8. WHIISTLE! An older Florida couple trapped in their attack after Hurricane Sally were found by blowing their whistle.
