Let’s be honest everyone that as ever eaten at Abby Singer’s is familiar with chef Tootie Morrison and loves her. She’s been at Abby Singer’s Bistro at the Robinson Film Center in downtown Shreveport since 2011, and according to the Shreveport-Times today was her last day.
